Dear Sun City Hermosa C.C.C. Homeowner,
An age verification form was included in the Association’s year-end packet. Because the Association’s CC&Rs dictate that Sun City Hermosa is a 55+ senior community, Homeowners are required by law to fill out and remit the age verification form.
The age verification form can be accessed HERE. It will also be uploaded to your online portal for access. Please fill out the age verification form in its entirety and remit with a copy of valid identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport, etc.). Failure to comply may result in a $150.00-$1000 fine being assessed to your account.
