The Board of Directors recently received multiple architectural applications from homeowners. Unfortunately, many of these applications are incomplete and cannot be approved as a result.
To expedite the review and approval of your architectural modification request, please ensure that the following is included in your submission:
– An architectural application filled out in its entirety.
– All required documentation of the project you’re seeking approval for (e.g. dimensions, materials, pamphlets, examples, blueprints, maps, paint colors, etc.).
– The information of the vendor chosen to perform the work (if applicable).
The best way to submit an architectural application is through the online portal. Submission through the online portal funnels applications directly to the Board of Directors for quick review and approval. Prior to mailing, faxing, or emailing your applications, please attempt to utilize the online portal. It’s easy and efficient!
