SENIOR MINOR HOME REHABILITATION GRANT PROGRAM

The City of Menifee is pleased to include the Minor Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (MHRGP) as part of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.  The MHRGP provides the City with the opportunity to assist income eligible senior and/or permanently disabled homeowners in making their homes more accessible, safe, and healthy.  Eligible improvements focus on accessibility and/or safety along with improvements that address the correction of certain building code violations.
