Your board of Directors has arranged with our local Habitat for Humanity working with the city of Menefee a TOTALLY FREE YARD WORK CLEAN UP DAY, Exclusively for our Sun City Hermosa Neighborhood.
This is a ONE-TIME EVENT, 50 VOLUNTEERS will come to our community on Sunday, October 3, 2021, and clean up your yard for you, FREE!
- Weed abatement and yard cleanup
- Pruning existing plants, shrubs, small trees
- Brush removal
But, hurry… you have to fill out a simple application and self-certify what your income is. The application must be received on or before SEPTEMBER 27, 2021.
Representatives from Habitat for Humanity will come to our HOA Meeting on SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 starting at 1 PM, they will explain this and other programs available to our community. But please DO NOT WAIT, call Linda Thomas: 951-216-5955 with any questions about the application and submit it as soon as possible. The DEADLINE is 9/27/2021.

Sun City Hermosa Neighborhood Senior Yardwork Day Sunday, October 3, 2021
Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley is offering complimentary yard work services for low-income senior (62 and over) homeowners in your community during our Sun City Hermosa Neighborhood Yardwork Day. This program is offered to seniors whose income falls into the low to moderate range based on Riverside County median income guidelines (see attached application packet). Please complete the attached application and return it with all required documents to Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley.
No proof of income is required, here is the maximum income you should have to qualify for this FREE service:
- 1-Person household yearly income limit is: $16600
- 2-Person household yearly income limit is: $19000
- 3-Person household yearly income limit is: $21350
- 4-Person household yearly income limit is: $23700
- 5-Person household yearly income limit is: $25600
