As members of this community, it is our obligation, which each of us has SIGNED and AGREED upon purchasing our homes to respect and comply with all provisions in our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R) and Rules & Regulations which define to all homeowners the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions to homeownership within Sun City Hermosa Community.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS: If you have a delinquent balance we ask that for you to please bring your account current or face large penalties and fees. You may contact Diversified Association Management to make arrangements. The board has hired a 3rd party collections company that is currently doing the work outlined in the attached Delinquent Collection Policy, liens will soon be filed on properties with delinquent balances.
AGE VERIFICATION FORMS: This is a Federal Mandatory Requirement to retain our status as a Senior community, fines will be imposed on those that do not complete the form every 2 years or every time a new tenant moves in. This form is always available as a download on our website below. If you haven’t submitted this form within the last 2 years, we URGE you to fill it out and send it to Diversified Association Management as soon as possible.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEWS: No alteration shall be made to the exterior design or color of any structure, landscaping, fencing, roof, paint, etc. unless the Board shall have first approved such alteration. AVOID FINES or HAVING TO REDO THE WORK CORRECTLY! This form is always available as a download in our website below; once completed please send it to Diversified Association Management for board approval.
